Funny, compared to what came before & after Regency fashion, I think it's attractive, But tbh I know more about French Empire fashion of that time & the French always outdid the Brits on clothing, even then. Josephine knew what she was doing

I honestly regret not spending even a single Halloween committing to the bit when I was young and tough and doing one of those barely there merveilleuse dresses meant to look vaguely like Classsical sculpture.
