Wait! Per Trump, during the January 6th insurrection, he did NOT have the authority to call on the National Guard. It was Pelosi’s fault - per Trump. So if the house is out for the summer and without Johnson in town, how can Trump bring the National Guard into DC. What am I missing here?

Dumpy refused to call national guard on jan6, which he could easily have done, as he is now in DC. He is a bigot, fascist, criminal who is practicing what he will do later in other places.
