Definitely! This makes about 8-10 tortillas. I'll break it into a couple of posts, in case you've never made them before. Here we go:

TORTILLAS (flour) 2C flour 1 teasp salt 1/2 teasp baking powder 1/4C shortening 3/4C warm water Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening, like you're making a pie crust, until mix resembles corn meal in texture. Add warm water until mix is moistened....

Turn out onto lightly floured board, and knead about five minutes until smooth. It will feel slightly moist. Pinch into eight (or more) balls. Use a little oil or shortening to coat each ball. Place in a plastic bag and let rest for at least 1/2 hour. That's the important step! ...

One at a time, dust each ball with flour, flatten it with your hand, and roll out into a circle (also like how you'd roll out pie dough, only thinner). Flop into a hot skillet...it'll bubble, then flip. They cook pretty fast, so watch carefully. Stack on a plate, covering with a cloth...
