I hope (I know it's the biggest ever longshot) that when he ends that all the wealth his disgusting offspring and he accumulated while in office is reclaimed to pay to right his wrongs.

I think that wealth will be used to consolidate and extend his tyranny, by making one of his sons/princes king. Good luck with that, maybe have a word with the French.
