… most people with any concern about journalistic integrity or democracy unsubscribed. There were a bunch of resignations to come after that point as things got worse, which is every individuals right to decide, but I won’t slam people who are still there. Them quitting won’t change anything.
also - we are way past resigning on principle. In govt, media, or any other positions of power.
I wish the people of principle in government who were being asked to do illegal or unethical things had simply refused to carry them out, and then when told they were fired, refused to leave the building. 1/2

If each and every public servant with a solid track record had been publicly hauled out “going ragdoll”, yelling that “all of this was Unconstitutional”, it would’ve made a better spectacle to wake people up.
