Where would you like to start? The fact that ChatGPT is wrong more often than its right? The fact that you can ask it to tell you the history of something and there's a really good chance it will just make shit up? Or the fact that LLMs really aren't "AI?"

I agree with you on most of that. If AI can replace jobs - such as in call centers - then I am all for that. I don't feel like self-service kiosks at grocery stores are stealing jobs; I feel that's progress and those workers need to find other gigs. But the AI MUST be able to do the job correctly.

Say you need an appointment setter. If AI can accurately give a caller options to select a date and time to set an appointment, then it is no different than logging on a computer and choosing a date and time from an online calendar. Beyond that, there should always be a human.
