But then... when TJ and crew took over... it's like she BECAME Zordon. So like... what's the point? Another thing I don't like is, again no fault of the actors, but Hillary Shepard Turner was the better Divatox. And I think that I've outlined why before. But I'll do it again.
Carol Hoyt (yes she dual rolled it for 25 episodes) was a more serious interpretation while HST was more comedic and over the top. But, I am giving this a pass because again, no fault of the actors, and HST was on maternity leave. They had to do SOMETHING!
Overall: Power Rangers Turbo was an okay show. It was definitely a time where the popularity of Power Rangers was, understandably, starting to wane and it did feel like there were a good number of missed opportunities. Thankfully, In Space was a much much better show. And saved the franchise.
