Sadly he isn't weak. You've elected a monster and need to face up to it.

He is weak. Just because a weak man is in power does not make his weakness vanish. And do NOT lump "all of America" in with the 'you have to deal with it' group. We literally have a fascist crisis in our country and your retorts provide nothing of value, I'd even argue they serve the fascists.
Many Americans might think that you have a dangerous idiot as a leader but he was elected. We elected our albeit less dangerous lying buffoon Boris Johnson. Johnson didn't manage to become PM for life, what's the bet that Trump changes your constitution though.
Again, you're coming outta the gate lumping all Americans together as if all of us wanted this. What do you think happens when evil people have the money and influence to buy elections? This goes way deeper than some of the country being dumb. This has been a strategy in the works for over 50 years.
I'm really not but non Americans can do absolutely nothing about the cretin that the majority of Americans, that could be bothered to vote, voted for.
Again, you are arguing from a place of trying to hold 50% of the Americans(who voted) who DIDN'T vote for him to the same level of scrutiny as the people who voted for him. You may be sympathetic, but you have clearly shown your only value in solving this problem is inflaming it.
I'm neither in a position to inflame it or indeed stop him. I'm not scrutinising anyone, I'm just stating facts (and not alternative facts), you are in serious trouble.
And I never argued to the contrary. I think you were approaching this whole situation with something else in mind. All I said is he is a weak man, and you disagreed.
And I merely disagreed that he was weak. It was you that assumed my remarks were aimed at all Americans. I do know how elections work, I'm 66 and have never yet voted for a winning candidate!
I assumed your remarks were aimed at all Americans because you generalized your arguments to include all Americans. Source: You.
Not sure why you did. I specifically referred to the majority of Americans that voted for him. Yes I know the minority was almost as large. I was one of the 48% of Brits that voted to stay in the EU! We lost and it's not just for 4 years (assuming the Orange one doesn't fix that).
And I'm not unsympathetic. My son lives in America!
