In some cases yes. But we provide HRT to cisgender people at my clinic, many of them, and none of our patients diagnoses for their HRT fall under the very limited number of things in this memo.

I suspect someone will sue, but I’m not 100% sure who would have standing other than federal employees affected by this. Unfortunately, I think it’s a mistake to believe the courts will rule in our favor, as all evidence says to the contrary. An initial injunction is possible, but higher courts? No.
