A) in a far away war between two foreign countries. B) a planned, targeted attack on a UK military base specifically to disable the refuelling aircraft that the RAF require to defend the UK from regular incursions by Russian warplanes.

B) the apparently essential piece of national defence disabled by two people on scooters (without getting caught!)

That's a comment on the pathetic security at UK military bases, not the significant damage that specific attack did to UK defence .. Those refuelling planes were specifically located, targeted and their engines destroyed for a reason .. the method used is almost irrelevant.

Plane, not planes. I don't believe for a second that spraying paint on one plane out of a fleet of 14 caused any serious national security risk. It sounds more likely someone is trying to deflect attention from a very embarassing breach.

You don't distract attention from a security breach by headlining the security breach?

Modern armed forces bases are pathetically secured at the moment. For an ex-forces servicemen, it's really lamentable.

I will point out again that in the 80s, with a heightened alert status, armed forces personnel with live ammunition would have been patrolling Brize, and other bases. Think about that.

...but are actually using to actively support the genocidal killing of children in said 'far away war'. Nah, not gonna entertain this sort of bullshit. PA's proscription is an abomination in any supposedly democratic state.

Except your first paragraph is disinformation .. You actually believe Israel needs refuelling tankers to fly a few miles to Palestine? Look at a map 😂

Given the choice, I am going to stand by our defence infrastructure, and our armed forces, which are vital when we have Russia to contend with, despite my outrage against what Israel is doing. So I am afraid I am not going to tolerate your bullshit either.
