Last week a patient was prescribed a medicine by a GP. Reading the leaflet in the box it stated DO NOT TAKE THIS IF YOU HAVE [a condition they have] OR ARE TAKING [2 prescription meds they are taking]. Incompetent GP. Incompetent pharmacist. Patient 'attitude' being blamed .. of course
