It's the legal definition.. what's your point? I could apply my own subjective definition to any legal terms too, but it doesn't alter the law.

We all know what terrorism is. 9/11. Lockerbie. They can redefine terrorism to make it terrorism if you stand with a placard outside a fossil fuel conference, as they tried to do in Australia. They use our horror of real terrorism to try and make us revolt from simple dissent. It's not on.
