Whatever you would do, once the Wicked Witch is Dead (after the dancing), maybe do that now? Or lay the foundation for it. Or start making the bricks for the foundation. Also: there's no going back, status quo was killing us,the only way is forward. There's nothing to stop you from planting seeds.

As for the rest our foundation has to go back to the aspirational beginnings of the country—a government of the people, by the people, for the people. All the people, regardless of biases and prejudices. Right now it’s a government of the 1%, by the 1%, and for the 1%.
