The Ecover stuff is really bad on my skin. The washing up liquid caused all kinds of skin falling off and open wounds and the washing machine liquid makes me itch like mad. Cleans well though.

That's bizarre. The reason we started using it was because it stopped your mum from getting skin rashes.

Mary and David weren't great with it either - David went to the doctor's wondering what was going on. Had to go back to bad Ariel Bio.

I've just been searching for other options. Apparently the washing-up liquid worked for years, but your mum's getting rashes again. Surcare seems a winner, and supposedly available at Sainsbury's.
