I will never understand why courts haven’t said that the internet (all of it) isn’t the primary facie example of interstate commerce and that states can’t regulate it at all. Why do we now have the “Mississippi internet”? (I know why. But it’s still wrong.)

Interstate commerce was unique back in the 1700s when it meant you had to float some shit down the Erie Canal. But it’s the 21st Century. We live in A Country, not 50 little fiefdoms. Grow up.
