Its not about weird: it's a health watch, nothing more. His hands are puffy; his ankles are puffy. He has edema. He has a diagnosis that no one knows whether to believe or not. He has a large long-standing bruise on at least one hand. It doesn't heal. He's had COVID. He has the world's worst diet.

I'm 42 and sometimes my hands swell up for a number of pretty benign (if irritating) health reasons. Getting old means your body sometimes just, sort of, does weird stuff. This isn't really anything.
