Amazing Books & Records is losing foot traffic at their Walnut St store b/c of construction of the apple store, so if you’re in the area, throw them some support if you can! going to try to go to this event at their Squirrel Hill store on saturday after the night market, if anyone wants to meet up☺️

in case you aren’t familiar, Bigham is 23 y/o & easily won the dem nom irl i was happy to find that he’s pretty funny in a wry, tongue-in-cheek way (& not in a “who’s watching me rn?” icky politician way) he was also at the no kings march, but i was across the street & couldn’t say hi
the goths have earned my respect (a former _tampa_ person) for going all in on full layers in this humidity

Four times a year, they close the street in the center of the Squirrel Hill neighborhood from 6pm to 10pm. There some food trucks, vendors of all sorts, and some community organizations.

Do they let you bring dogs? (I wouldn’t bring them at a busy time like Saturday both because Chloe’d be miserable and to avoid freaking people out who are worried about dogs, but I am taking days off next week and need some stuff to read.)
