It’s like the weirdest pre-migraine I’ve ever had bc I’m not exactly in pain. Just…weird
Yeah I think we are the same, your terrible head pressure is usually a harbinger of my terrible head pressure.
my working theory is lots of us from the south are used to steady pressure day-to-day, & when storms form rapidly & we get hit w/that big pressure drop, our bodies/brains get zonked. northern ppl who live w/more frequent low pressure systems (cold fronts) feel it ++ when it rises unusually high 🤔
