A thing that’s gonna piss me off is when the media and elites who are either lying or are in denial about America’s descent into fascism one day start acting like it’s just then being understood or like they’d always acknowledged it. They did this with the Iraq war and WMDs. They’ll do it again.

Lots of them will actually pretend they were urging action to be taken in January. Mostly they will just minimize it, though. Human cowardice in historical moments that matter is a universal constant. We are legitimately evil and we can participate in or minimize anything.
