I do not like that the National Guard is being used to spread mulch and pick up trash. We should deploy a force of Blackwater mercenaries to spread mulch and pick up trash.

I dunno, Craig. I understand that at Blackwater, “spreading mulch” is their term for firing indiscriminately at civilians and just leaving the bodies to rot.
