They're trying to pass an amendment that will let someone run for a third term, as long as their first two were non-consecutive. In other words, Trump. Obama would not qualify. They're trying to pass a law that will let only Trump run for a third term, because they're gutless, sycophantic cheats.
An amendment requires 2/3 of both House and Senate. Then it has to he ratified by 3/4 of the states. As the House and Senate currently stand, that'll never happen. The other option is 2/3 of House and Senate have to call for a National Convention. Again, will never happen.
