I spoke to a sold out luncheon for the Clay County Democrats today…I reminded them to not forget the rural areas all around them. It’s going to take all of us.

If you have the inclination, perhaps you can tell those folks that 30% of the govt civilian workforce are veterans, who served this country and were encouraged to apply for their jobs Maybe mention that Cadet Bonespurs and Musk never served

Can someone tell these Republicans that getting Putin to stop shooting isn't a win for Ukraine. It's not PEACE. Putin is out of ammo, he wants to stop shooting. He gets to reload and the rapist gets the minerals. Putin will just finish them off later. Ukraine needs more than that. Just sayin'

Appreciate the work you’re doing and I don’t know if the MAGAs in your region are dangerous, but if not, I’d suggest reconsidering. We’re going to need them to undo this, AND it might serve as a decent litmus test to see where the minds of R voters are at right now.

Such a great point. Democrats should be pouring money in states like Kansas, Nebraska, and other so-called red states. They should be running ads NOW in these markets and on social media instead of waiting until election season when everyone is tuning this stuff out.

Rural areas are dear to my heart. I grew up on a farm. I campaigned for a friend & he sent me two of the rudest people. One neighbor, a few farms over, was a Rhodes Scholar. I introduced them, they were so rude, all they saw was a man working wearing coveralls. It was embarrassing & not helpful.
