Yes. I have heard of a lot of companies not hiring entry-level people anymore because they can use AI to make their lives easier and their pocketbooks bigger.
When you Google something, you’ll see an AI summary at the top. But that’s not really what I’m talking about. I’m talking about people using it to write essays or commentaries or opinion pieces.
I don’t use AI because I’m infuriated for the artists and writers and philosophers who’ve had their intellectual property stolen. I also hate boring and impersonal shit. If someone can’t be bothered to write something, why should I be bothered to read it?

That is what the Missouri regulations already state. But they do whatever they want.
There may not be much I can do to keep the Missouri GOP from gerrymandering Kansas City, but I also know something: they will dilute their own base. They could lose. Missouri Republicans attempted to do this a few years ago and then talked themselves out of it for that very same reason.

My representative voted to take away our earned to sick time. He also runs unopposed. I literally couldn’t vote in myself interest if I wanted to.
In my case, I didn’t have a Democratic State Rep to vote for. No one opposed my Republican representative. He voted to take away earned sick time.
Missouri voters overwhelmingly approved earned sick time last November. Governor Mike Kehoe and Missouri Republicans signed away that right. Corporations won. Working Missourians lost.  This is an actual email forwarded to me from an employee of a company removing earned sick time.
