As an Australian, I really can't comprehend this... Okay our dollar isn't as strong as the American dollar, but our minimum wage is $24.10. We get sick leave, annual leave (unless working as a casual, means your hourly rate is increased to compensate), we get free healthcare, maternity leave etc...
