You can use your driver’s license along WITH your Certified Long form birth cert. You don’t have to have your passport. If you or your partner served in the military, applying for a certificated long form birth cert is free. Otherwise, I believe they’re $15 for the first copy. Hope this helps 😊

Go online to the bureau of vital statistics of the state you were born in. The Long birth certificate has both parents names so they see your father‘s last name (most likely your maiden name) and your mother‘s maiden name. Send for a certified Long BC & with DL you should be fine😊

Years ago, we were given what are referred to as short birth certificates. Now we need Long birth certs. The long ones have BOTH parents names listed on them. This is what the new law says, a DL & long birth cert OR passport. I think it’s a scare to make e/o think they need PP. Order your long BC.
