It’s a violation of the Oklahoma Constitution also, but that didn’t stop them from trying. The Oklahoma Supreme Court stopped them. The US Supreme Court probably would have allowed it had ACB not recused (which led to a 4-4 non decision).

I so agree. Private religious schools should not be funded with tax dollars. In my part of Canada, they are well funded by tax dollars, and then additionally well funded by parents paying school fees.
