I loved hearing the stories, because even as a child I knew I was hearing 1st hand stories of historic events. Direct accounts from someone that had been there. Maybe it’s different when your parents grew up under Nazi occupation, and you knew the history impacted us still, long after.

As a HCW I was so proud that I had never got Covid during the pandemic. I went to Europe to visit family 3 weeks ago and came home with the worst case of Covid ever and I had been vaccinated on April 18. I guess it kept me out of the hospital and I didn’t die but little else.
