Saw something similar for a anti-white nationalist demonstration in Seattle. The small ones mean a lot in big cities too.
There’s a guy who stands at Mills and Colonial in Orlando every afternoon with a Dump Trump sign. I love giving him a thumbs up whenever I see him!
And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in With an antiTrump sign into a bar and walking out. They may think it's an organization. And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, walking into a bar and walking out they may thinks it's a movement.
I joined 15 people for the #NoKingsDay protest in Platte City. Just 15 of us. Right there in front of Walgreens. Our voices matter.
One corner near here originally had only a few senior citizens holding signs. A few weeks later, it looked like close to a hundred. Keep inspiring people to use their voices!❤️

Doesn't take courage for me, just seething anger. What MAGAts crossed me, hasn't worked well for them. I'm a large, muscular, aggressive, heavily armed liberal so had liked to beat up bullies for MANY years, so it's best if they don't FAFO with me. I've been itching to break one of their jaws.

Oh yeah. Here in Loveland CO, most people driving by the demonstrations who honk are friendly, only a few MAGA clods among them. These small demonstrations are very useful in lending the lie to Fox News claims of "violent demonstrations" to local folks.
Blue dots on a red ground is wonderful, courageous, inspiring. I raise a drink to all the blue dots, every one.

While cycling yesterday I saw a group of 6 people with signs to hold up over the highway for morning rush. It was the perfect spot on a footbridge over a busy divided highway. This was also at a point where traffic slows to a crawl in the morning.
The courage these three women demonstrated shines brightly enough to inspire hundreds. Thanks!

We had one here in Springfield this weekend, as well. There were probably about a dozen people with signs out by the mall. It was great to see them! Especially in the heat.
I live in major redneck MAGAt country, in NE Arkansas and I have a "Fuck Trump and Fuck You For Voting For Him" and "Trump is a Piece of Shit" sticker on the back of my vehicle. While I do get in altercations with MAGAts about them (a fairly big one two weeks ago) it's not been much.
What I do get, is praise. Two weeks ago a elderly lady knocked on my van door and asked if she could give me a hug for them, and told me "God Bless you". An hour later I got a note on my wiper blade, as I came out of a store with my wife, that said this...
For every snowflake MAGAt that gets butthurt over them, I get 10-12 people here that thank me, take pics, laugh, or give otherwise positive support. I've never held my tongue a day in my life, but some people feel that they have to due to their circumstances. I speak out for them!

So good to see that. I live in blue Colorado, in a very red county and we also had hundreds, dems and r’s mixed. The town of Parker tried to shut us down but weren’t successful. We were floored when the chief of police and one of the town lawyers lied about needing a permit, but it didn’t stop us.
I organized a protest in rural Texas. A few days before the local police called me. One of the first questions was whether I had a permit. Calmly I replied: “Yes. Yes I do. It’s the first Amendment of the Constitution.”
The police chief and the lawyer at first tried the tough talk telling the organizer “under no circumstances would the protest be allowed” when that didn’t work, they said they would refuse to issue a permit. 🙄Finally gave up when they were reminded they were violating 1st amendment rights. MAGA 🤦🏻♀️😤

Our small town in Cynthiana, Ky had one last Monday, my husband drove by and texted me about it. He said there was about 20 people. It definitely helped lift my spirits!

Protests are important but to get anything done, Americans need to start organizing. And I mean REALLY participate in sustained organizing. It's too easy to ignore people standing in the streets with signs. But it's not easy to ignore people showing up at their homes and workplaces.

I've heard little else happening aside from protests, voter drives & attending town halls. All important things, but that's not stopping ICE raids, or stopping detention centers from being built, politicians still aren't being held accountable, and SCOTUS won't even enforce their rulings.
There are new mass actions coming. The info’s publicly available. In the meantime, I suggest you be discreet: Stay alive and free; find like-minded people to work with; and don’t let the baddies make an object lesson out of you. Organizing and lawful resistance are of key importance, for now.

And the courage of those 3 women is incredible! I lived in a small Colorado town that was 95% Republican. Any time we protested or put up our campaign signs we were heckled, threatened & constantly ridiculed. Most folks worked minimum wage jobs & the teen pregnancy rate was astronomical!
More than a week ago, during (Trumps disgraceful military parade) I was driving on 81 North in Virginia. There was a large crowd protesting "No Kings" over the interstate. I layed on my horn giving them all a thumbs up. I felt really proud.

People protest everyday in small ways. I always wear an anti-Trump shirt whenever I leave my farm. Being a blue dot in a very red state I want to make sure my voice is heard. And my heart soars when people come up & tell me they love my shirt. Ripples eventually become tsunamis!
Same here. I have anti -Trump bumper stickers, very aggressive ones, & I live in NE Arkansas now where it's MAJOR MAGAt territory. I've had road rage investments with MAGAts over them, had an altercation in my grocery store parking lot 2wks ago that didn't go well for the MAGAt. I'll NEVER stop
