I live around MAGA. They aren’t talking about Epstein. They don’t care. But there are many more apathetic voters who aren’t getting out to vote, especially in red states. They are apathetic because they don’t think it matters. Missouri will go red anyway. These are the folks we talk to.

I’ve lived in MO all my life, they don’t care because they see nothing wrong with it, I grew up listening to preachers that blamed child rape on the girls, how if a woman gave birth to a baby of color because of recessive genes, she should be cast out of the home because she was unclean.
To the terminally online, it can seem like the Epstein case is going to break Maga because it’s all you’re hearing about. But step outside and talk to your neighbor. And, if you bring up Epstein to a regular Republican voter, they might think you’re crazy talking about child sex rings…
What do you think is the role in all of this of the intermediaries? I’m referring to the podcast bros who *are* talking about this and are pissed. Do they convince the base they’ve been had? Or do they get back in line? IMHO they may be the key to how this turns out.
The podcast bros and the influencers are truly angry. But they don’t represent the everyday Maga voter. They think they are smarter than the average Maga voter… Maga folks like conspiracies. This isn’t a conspiracy. This is a case of ultra wealthy men abusing children and getting away with it

No one cares about Epstein or the effect of dump’s policies, they care about their vacations, their social activities, and from the olders like me, I mostly hear about their heart problems. And who died. Politics aren’t part of their daily consciousness or conversations.
Yep. The Maga folks I know don’t talk about politics much at all. They did what they did and they walked away and they’ll do it again.

It might not break MAGA completely but it can turn some into apathetic non-voters. Every bit helps. Walk and chew gum. Also, we shouldn't ignore pedophelia and human trafficking. Other than Les Wexner and Maxwell, who had closer ties to Epstein than Donald Trump? I can't think of anyone.
Was skeptical when I heard about MAGA being upset about the Epstein Files. This makes more sense, they do not care. There seems in my view, a lot of divisive feelings towards any people of difference, for MAGA to feel superior over others. Women too, so maybe pedo victims also?

It's all worth it - what you're doing with voters and what media is doing with Epstein. trump attends to media, he's stressing, opening himself up to more scrutiny every time he lies/talks, and Murdoch/Vance/Russia are plotting to remove him. We need to start priming voters for post-trump scenarios.
I see a dampening of enthusiasm among the MAGA’s I know but no move towards going Blue.
As prices go up, their news ecosystem won't be able to cover it up like they can with Epstein.
They'll just blame the Democrats. Or some of the MAGA like the sadist abuse of Latinos so much they will tolerate inflation if that's expected of them. Fox will probably lie to them about that too.
Driving across the country this was definitely my take of the more rural areas. There’s no way this evil outweighs decency we just need those people to fucking vote.
