If you gave a family of five, you’ll be spending over $14 for tacos or a meatloaf. And this is beef from Walmart…not exactly the fancy stuff. Grocery prices are hitting all of us hard.

Are they whining about the price of groceries yet or just spinning it as a winning unavoidable necessity?

Glad you posted it after mentioning it in the Pakman interview. Hopefully people are realizing politics has a role in everyday life and voting has consequences. Please carry on!

That's good news since so many won't become aware of who will cause the likely upcoming recession if they feel NO economic impact. If folks feel the bite, they will wake up.

Everyone of every political persuasion has noticed this by the way. All I hear out there is how high prices have gotten recently from Trump voters. Take advantage.

Too bad most Americans are too stupid and indoctrinated by the lies of the beef and dairy industries to actually look at better and cheaper protein sources that are plant based and have way less climate impact on the planet.

Just looked at this on Wednesday. I was pondering making meatloaf. I can make it with a ton of veg, but sometimes I want old-fashioned meatloaf. Thank goodness prices have dropped so low. Huh? What?

I don't eat beef but, holy crap, that's an expensive home cooked meal for a family of five.

There are a lot of factors why beef costs are rising, including shrinking supply and supply chain costs.

I guess since the United States is one of the world's biggest soy producers, we're all gonna have to eat soy now, which is probably gonna drive the WH and manosphere bonkers

This is a good meat alt that makes a good amount, is more filling than beef. Also good for ppl w/a lot of food allergies. Same price as 2# of meat, but I feel it goes farther. You can also make less than than the whole packet too. Not a reheatable food tho. (Most non-meat stuff isn't.)

There are much less expensive meat alternatives than this. It’s $26.71 per pound.

Oh, yeah, ignore that. One pouch makes the equivalent of a pound of burger, but it's way more filling, so you dont need as much.

Walmart is out of their mind with their meat prices. I don't know how poor rural people with only a Walmart in town afford to eat meat at all except for a rare treat.
