In my case, I didn’t have a Democratic State Rep to vote for. No one opposed my Republican representative. He voted to take away earned sick time.

Democrats in your state need to put forth candidates who can win. Complain to the DNC to get off the asses and put money in all states to produce the best candidates possible. They need to stop playing the numbers game and only focus on “winnable” states.

@piperformissouri.bsky.social ran for office & started the dirt road democrat movement in Northeast Missouri but lost. She had to quit her job as teacher to do so- by law. Years and years of propaganda and wanton ignorance was not enough to wake people up. She’s earned a right to yell into the void.
