My son lives in Chicago. It’s a treat to visit that fabulous city. Dog sat for a long weekend once. Walked the dog at night with not even a hint of a problem.

A lot of suburban and rural folk imagine cities as some kind of movie war zone. Just constant gunfire, looting and destruction. In reality it’s mostly just pockets of poverty due to white flight and redlining. People killing each other to take the scraps they have.

St. Louis has more than double the murder rate of Chicago! Why aren’t we talking about invading St. Louis instead? I’d like Josh Hawley, Eric Schmitt, and Andrew Bailey to address this issue for us Missourians. Kansas City also has a higher murder rate than Chicago.

I took my daughter there in June and we both died. Her friend went with us and also died. I’m not sure if it was the food or the view from our hotel, but RIP all of us.

My wife and I were there last week. I got murdered three times in four days; she only got killed twice (once by Sue, the T-Rex). Nice town, except for all the murders (pretty sure I saw several in the Art Institute, including a dragon getting straight up killed by St. George).

Love Chicago. Had a great time there few years back for a biz trip. Cold beer and baseball history at Murphys Bleachers. The poutine at Harry Carays was delicious, but I've yet to go to Canada so i won't mind being corrected 😉 Anyways, No clue what the 🍊💩 stain is talking about.
