If there’s a silver lining, I noticed that every single MO republican congressmember outperformed trump in 2024. I’m not sure how aligning with him for 2 solid years will affect their favor with constituents, but I doubt it will be positive.

I’ll be in the new MO-5 that will stretch two thirds the length of the state and will encompass vast rural areas that have entirely different needs than a large city. My sister lives 15 minutes away and she’ll be crammed into MO-4, another rural district that’s current represented by a MAGA kook.
