I am currently rereading 1984 - last time i was in HS - Everyone needs to again, now. Pay particularly close attention to the Goldstein "The Book" that Smith reads the first time. 50 years ago it meant little to me. Today it is prescient. Keep reminding you Orwell/Blair wrote this in 1949.
