If that's the case, maybe that's why he didn't get a response. But I took it as a general diss to everybody hating on him and other southern rappers (which Kendrick didn't do).

I'm picking up alot of people thought it was that and didn't catch his references which is funny to me cuz folks will spend hours dissecting Kenny verses and making inferences.

He def could've responded, but I don't think he was actually looking for drama like that with that verse. And I don't think KRIT was necessarily looking for drama from Kendrick with Mount Olympus. He was venting on everyone. And I wish he was more relevant than most rappers from that era, honestly

I listened again and really I heard swagger jacking the south and having other nigga's name on your chain. But that's so general it applies to way more than just Kendrick, so it still sounds too general to warrant a response to me.
