Genuinely curious about something, aside from some recent comments on trans athletes can you point me to where Newsom is specifically "anti trans" ? Do you see a Newsom administration in 2029 banning HRT? (Edited 1:53 PM via @skeetsapp.com)

The comments on trans athletes themselves are anti-trans ideology. Why is anything more necessary? I don’t know that Newsom would specifically ban HRT himself, but I do think he’d pull a Biden, leave Trump’s policies in place, and act all, “oopsies I guess I didn’t have time.”

I get it. And like the OP, Gavin isn’t my guy, he’s too easy of a target, like Pelosi. But I’ll take him over what we have right now in a heartbeat. He (his team?) will at least, listen. The Trumpublicans won’t.
