People need to understand this about Miller. His mentor, David Horowitz was an ex-Marxist. Horowitz's own mentor, Isaac Deutscher explained in 1950, the ex-communist who becomes an anti-communist often develops an all-consuming emotional animus toward the left. Miller's animus is an AFFECTATION.

The logic is that because Miller has authorized agents to freely be plain clothes and able to mask themselves, it has allowed criminals to be able to take advantage of it to claim they are federal agents in order to make perpetrating crimes easier.
