Sometimes better to say nothing.
FUCK OFF
Don't think so. And don't want to accept this. We have to beat Russia. Macron had a completely different viewpoint just minutes ago. What is this? Rusian propaganda? Can be as Latvia most probably has a lot of Russian trolls.

If Europe without the US can't get its act together enough to support Ukraine adequately, what alternatives does it have to making a deal to stop the war in order to buy some time for Putin to die or Europe to develop a way to defend itself on its own?
Is this some sort of psyop to make Trump/ Putin think surrender is near, while Ukraine & Eur work to build 🦩missile arsenal for a devastating attack that will wipe out all military infrastructure deep inside Russia?
🤞
Latvia isn't exactly a major player in Europe.
Europe isn’t willing to commit its forces to win the war, so it seems an accurate statement.
It is, but it takes time to end in a settlement that works out in the longer term. Simple, clear-cut victories may turn out as less than that; a cycle of collapse and revanchism isn't really productive in a land that's inevitably always Europe's neighbor.
Basically they say that "de facto" acceptance of occupation may be necceaary not "de jure" acceptance. This difference is significant.
To be fair, when all this is over, we might have to let Russia have Moscow and the land that can be reached from there within a day's ride on a moderately fast horse.
As people said before, accepting that occupied territoried will be de facto controlled by Russia in a potential peace deal is not controversial at all. The alternative is that we seek no peace deal at all and supply Ukraine for a total liberation of its territories, which does not seem likely.-
Look at it this way, if the next fiscal year is like this one ruzzia won't have any strategic bombers left. They won't have enough factories left functional to produce munitions for an offensive or enough transportation assets to deliver it.
This is part of Diplomatic trial balloons. Everything is on the table, let's negotiate I am just an observer, not promoting any point of view. If we had a real honest way of taking a poll in Ukraine, I am sure you would find a lot of support for that position Bleeding out RF is beneficial to who?
must be some Ru-influenced psy-ops. Anyone normal from 🇱🇻 would never say this.
Sickening. But no surprise at all. This is what I've been expecting. Like U.S. Dems, the Euro leaders just don't have the guts this apocalyptic crisis demands. They'll fold -even though they're signing their own death-warrants by doing it. (And for Herr Merz: Where the FUCK are the Taurus missiles?)
How much of Latvia will Braize hand over to Russia if they invade his country? The only man that seems desperate to push this "deal" is Trump and the only man happy with sacrificing Ukrainian land is Putin.
The headline completely contradicts the article. Just two paragraphs down it says Latvia would never recognize occupied territories as part of Russia.
Even the Baltics have apologists, people unwilling to see Moscovy as bad as it really is.
#RussiaIsATerroristState and it will keep attacking us until we fight, until we win. Whatever victory takes, right now 🔥 #SlavaUkraïni 🇩🇰🇱🇹🇳🇱🇸🇪🇫🇮🇵🇱🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇪🇺🇬🇧🇳🇴🇨🇦✊🇺🇦
Sounds like Latvia feels secured now by the battallions and brigades placed there by other NATO countries....
Very doubtful, just sensitive to the ugly realities of geopolitics. What is a long-term solution for Russia that doesn't lead it down another revanchist push a few decades from now? bsky.app/profile/fnix...
We are too cheap to win.
Incredibly disappointing.
