I think the Ukrainians have understood the importance of this strategy for a long time, just didn't have, weren't supplied, the means of delivery.
If only they had been given ranged capabilities earlier...
They would never let them use it on refineries or trains. These are dual purpose, west is too morally superior to even allow targeting these. If Ukraine falls, we are doomed.

I completely agree. The recent ”sanctions” on Russia by Ukraine are proving effective. Hopefully they will continue and US fails in it’s efforts to stop them.
