There is now a legal route. You can apply online if you are already in France. The policy would be better named as 'Routes and Returns' as it was copied from the Biden policy of that name that was successful in the US 🤔

Does seem to be a theme for this government. Do something half heartedly without confidence being ready to backtrack wildly at the first hint of push back. The Grug approach to policy if you will.

I don't think the pilot is seen as just a test? The idea is to keep the scheme going and expand. This idea came from a Biden policy in the US that worked well called 'Routes and Returns' so has some legs 🤔
