Also look at inflation targeting regime. It erodes the value of our economy without really giving us any control over a global phenomenon. Higher controlled inflation is not necessarily a bad thing. Inflate away the debt, increase the returns on the upside and punish poor decisions on the downside
It would also help if Lab had a positive pro active message. I like in it together, we all have to make some sacrifices to invest in our infrastructure, education and new industries as well as reduce the debt. There should be plan where the government takes a lead on growth not opaque private equity
Need to take on X and other social media. Banning the worst. Putting restrictions/controls on the algorithms. Have social media team working to counter fictions and promote U.K. I do wonder whether we also need to go back on X to make the counter arguments.
