I was on the streets of LA during the '92 riots. Even small groups of organized troops with automatic rifles is a hell of a deterrent.

Yeah, intetesting doesn't always mean good. But damn, if there's SOMETHING good that came from it? Rage Against the Machine rose to popularity with their protest music from that time. I still listen to it today. And Tool. Can't forget them since they were often on stage together.

there's a great band called "brass against" that does some RATM songs. their version of "killing in the name of" is fire!
