I’m sure there’s more to this room being a blatant juxtaposition of 1950’s styling and modern queer-coded kink, but that’s all I’m gathering at the moment.

Next, Sab (down to just lingerie) stands in a gallery room staring at a painting of a bat before the curtains drop and it’s revealed that she’s on an outdoor stage. It’s worth noting that bats “come alive” at night and over 20 species of bats engage in homosexual behavior. plus Halloween of it all
then her drag Professor/guide appears (now blonde) and watches her pole dance in a cornfield which is incredibly camp lol. She dances on a tree stump adorned w/ Christmas lights (in the TSCU at least, Christmas is super important). this could symbolize taking her new teachings into the “real world”
alternatively, if you consider this tree stump her real-life stage, you could argue he’s cheering on her stage persona — a hyper femme and sexually liberated drag queen. As Coleman himself said on twitter to clap back at a homophobe “we are born naked and everything else is drag.”
Sab & her drag prof exit a back door into an alleyway reminiscent of the back of a NYC restaurant (or the delicate mv) wearing a 70’s Disco-inspired fringe set (originally worn by naomi Campbell in ‘03). They dance the night away with a mysterious red headed woman nearby leaning against a car. 🤨
It IS funny to me that there is a sign that says “world meats” by the door. If I were to take a page out of Sab’s vulgur humor, she could be saying she’s leaving sex w men. 👀🤐 Again, they are dancing during the night which we’ve seen NRs associate with coming alive (like bats and werewolves!)
When we look at the arc of the story being told, we can see Sab makes a full transformation from prim and proper mid 20th century woman to a more sexually liberated woman (inspired by 70s-80s) dancing the night away with her new queer pals. That is… before they kick her out of the “haunted” house!
The final dance break has a lot of fast moving clips w tons of Easter eggs to explore. a few that stood out: 1) A joker-coded man chiseling an ice sculpture that looks like a certain iceberg 😆 2) an unidentified observer wearing a coin-adorned coat 3) a zebra coat 4) Coleman in green fur
In the original ending from 8/29 Sabrina is thrown out of the “haunted” (gay) house and ends up back in her original outfit, only to find the man she thought died in the car accident is still alive looking for her. She impales him with her heels (because one has to die) & breaks the fourth wall.
I realized as I was doing this thread that she dropped an alternate ending and replaced it in the original video (which is kind of annoying lol but I guess I like the audience engagement aspect of it). original ending: youtu.be/FHuzd5D-R0M
In the updated ending released today 9/1 she slams her fist on the porch and it elicits a lightening bolt, which just misses him. Then, her fist hits the porch again & a tree falls on him, presumably killing him. This could symbolize that the haunted home has the power to ward off bad energy. ⚡️🌳
