For example, in district 11 there are zero municipal roads south of Lieblin Park or south of Herring Cove.

Screenshot of HRM’s snow clearing roads overlayed over the Sambro loop. You can see priority 1 & 2 roads in Spryfield and Herring Cove, but the rest of the loop is blank because HRM does not do any of the snow clearing on those roads.
