Sep 9 to 16. The Long Range Traverse is planned for 4 days and we will summit Gros Morne mountain on the last day. I will post pictures throughout the adventure. It was my best friend's 50th birthday wish and we are now getting to it 2 years later because hurricanes ruin a good thing 😄

I can’t wait to see the pics. Hopefully hurricanes don’t interfere with either of our trips to Newfoundland.

When are you going to NL? Where will you be visiting? I have only been once and it was to St. John's. I am super excited to be going back and seeing Gros Morne

Home to the West Coast to visit some family. The week after you’re there. Wish we’d booked for a few extra days so we could sneak in some Gros Morne time.

We were there, but didn't hike it. Naturally, my wife wouldn't be able to do it, so we admired it from afar. But we sent Ben there last year to check out the fauna and fungi.. he took a few pictures, but I want to see more than mushrooms this time. ;P

This sounds amazing! Gros Morne is magical. Have hiked it twice (just the mountain not the traverse) and both times beautiful clear days. The views are breathtaking. Enjoy!
