And what is Air Canada facing for not bargaining in good faith and screwing over their customers by not having enough customer service reps working to deal with flight changes or the fact their IT is failing by not notifying customers for cancelled flights and providing rebooking at no cost online?

people don't strike because they want to inconvenience their employer for a little more cash. they strike because management is doing a shitty job and work conditions are bad. flight attendants deserve to be paid for their labour.

Pay people fairly for the hours they work. This is very simple.
