What's funny is that Sourdough doesn't even feel like a new or even re-emerging trend. They've been touting it at Arby's and shit since I was a kid. Now it's true that it toasts for shit a lot of the time but the idea that it's somehow a product of the MeToo or BLM era is, predictably, insane.
