Lowering taxes on corporations makes the US competitive w/ other nations which attracts talent and investors worldwide. Look at the growth of Texas and Florida. Why are businesses moving there? Because no state income taxes.

Lowering taxes on citizens is also business friendly because it provides more money to spend or the smart ones invest the additional money. In addition hiking taxes on the rich kills small businesses.

Some extremely rich people like multi millionaires and billionaires do not collect income. They have investments. And you can not tax unrealized gains on those investments. If there was a tax on unrealized gains, then our Economy would collapse within a month followed by the world economy
