I heard somebody in the Home Office say recently that this was the most reactionary Home Secretary they have served under, and that includes T May and D.Blunkett.

Doesn’t surprise me. Suella Braverman had more reactionary rhetoric of course but didn’t seem to actually do as much as Yvette Cooper.
