I don’t think he really cares what his base thinks of him, but he does care about the damage to his perceived wealth credibility with other power brokers because he’ll be exposed as just a lowly money mule.

yeah, we’ve seen how strong the Constitution has been so far with this Supreme Court. His death will be a stronger antidote to a 3rd term.
